Vitamin A in sweet potatoes protects UV damage. They are low in calories, high in fibre, & healthy for the skin. 

Vitamin E, a key antioxidant, improves defences in this fruit. Cocoa-rich dark chocolate includes theobromine. 

This shields white blood cells from food processing & contamination chemicals. 

Choose dark chocolate with a high cocoa content to reduce calories & saturated fat. Antioxidants fight bacteria, viruses, & fungi. Garlic fights colds, fever, & high blood pressure. 

Nuts, including almonds, contain vitamin E. For maximum absorption & immune system function, it contains lipids. Anthocyanin, which darkens it, is its antioxidant. 

Blueberries are excellent lung defenders. It contains antioxidants, fibre, and vitamins A, C, & E. Broccoli is strongest when cooked minimally. They include sugar compounds that boost immunity & defence. 

Vitamin C-rich lemons, oranges, tangerines, & grapefruits boost white blood cell formation. Consume them daily. They also prevent colds. Zinc, which regulates immune cells, is abundant in crustaceans.
