Bulldogs are strong, have short backs, and smile. Despite how they look, they love to give and receive hugs. They gain weight quickly and need to work out. Short muzzles may get too hot in the summer. Bulldogs don't know how to swim, so they shouldn't be left near water.

The Poodle is standard, miniature, and toy size. The dimensions and weight are for Standard. They're smart, athletic, and trainable. They have a reputation as delicate city dogs, but that's not true. If you want an energetic outdoor companion, they're fantastic.

The Beagle is very loyal, but it also likes to do things on its own. The people who own this breed are always happy. Since they were once pack dogs, they love to be with other dogs. Beagles are active, so they shouldn't be allowed to run free. They are so drawn to smells that they may climb fences or dig under them to get to the scent.

Rottweilers love and stay with their families, but they don't like people they don't know. They can be cold to strangers, but they love their family and friends very much. Rottweilers are smart and active, so they need to keep their minds and bodies active.

The German Shorthaired Pointer is a very high-class dog that loves being outside. They are a friendly and honourable breed that does well at both gundog trials and on trips. The German Shorthaired Pointer is a great training partner because he is smart.
