If you need cupcakes fast, use a cake mix to make Cherry Cupcakes. Then, A box of cherry chip cake mix & the required ingredients (eggs, oil, water).
Coloring pink, Maraschino cherries, pink sprinkles for garnish. Make cupcake batter as directed, adding pink food colouring. Bake as directed & cool thoroughly. Pound softened cream cheese, softened butter 1tsp vanilla.
Powdered sugar, Coloring pink, Beat cream cheese, butter, & vanilla until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar. Add pink food colouring to frosting & whisk to make a swirl.
Fold the piping bag's sides over the glass's rim. Fill a piping bag with icing. To decorate, twist the pastry bag's edges.
